Wisconsin Cannabis Action Hub: Your One-Stop Place to Make a Difference Today

Take action in one spot and in real time.
Wisconsin’s cannabis community is stronger than ever. We have more than enough members, followers, supporters, and industry partners to make a real impact — if we all take action together. That means clicking, sending, sharing, and inviting others to do the same.
Now is the time we need ALL of you to step up.
Send one email. Tag a friend or two. Share the message directly. And most importantly — ask five friends if they’ve taken action yet.
Grassroots activists and lobbyists are already in Madison and in key districts making noise… but they can’t do this alone.
WE ALL NEED YOUR HELP TODAY.
Below is your Master List of Cannabis Action Alerts — all in one convenient place. Each item includes an Action Network letter so you can send a message to your elected officials in seconds.
Let’s move Wisconsin FORWARD on cannabis reform once and for all.
🚨 FEDERAL ACTION ITEM — STOP THE HEMP BAN
Congress is considering a disastrous hemp ban that would eliminate jobs, farms, processors, retailers, and small businesses across Wisconsin.
We need to stop this before it becomes law.
Take Action (48 Actions Taken):
👉 Save Wisconsin Hemp Jobs – Stop the Federal Hemp Ban

🚨 WISCONSIN ACTION ITEM — STOP THE ATTACK ON HEMP & CANNABIS
Wisconsin is facing its own ban attempt. This legislation redefines and eliminates many of the hemp products Wisconsinites rely on, including products that are safe, tested, regulated, and loved.
We strongly oppose this legislation and encourage you to do the same.
Take Action (128 Actions Taken):

🚨 MEDICAL CANNABIS ACTION ITEM — FIX THE REPUBLICAN MEDICAL BILL
We believe Wisconsinites deserve:
✔ The right to grow personal medical cannabis
✔ A caregiver system
✔ The ability to smoke cannabis therapeutically
The current Republican medical marijuana bill fails to provide these essential patient rights. Until it is amended to reflect what Wisconsin patients actually need, we are opposing this bill.
Take Action (66 Actions Taken):
👉 Oppose SB 543 / AB 547

🚨 THREE-TIER HEMP REGULATION BILL — FULL OPPOSITION
This bill would impose a harmful “three-tier” structure on hemp, restricting farmers, processors, and retailers. It is a deeply flawed proposal that threatens the entire Wisconsin hemp economy.
We oppose this bill 100% and urge you to do the same.
Take Action (1,144 Actions Taken):
👉 Oppose the Three-Tier Hemp Regulation Bill (LRB-4863/1 & LRB-5185/1)

🚨 DEMOCRATIC “MESSAGING BILL” — SUPPORT
The Democrats have introduced a comprehensive hemp-regulation bill. While unlikely to advance without Republican support, it is strong policy and sends the right message about how Wisconsin should regulate intoxicating hemp products responsibly.
We support this bill and encourage you to do the same.
Take Action (400 Actions Taken):
👉 Support the Intoxicating Hemp Products Regulation Bill (SB 644)
https://actionnetwork.org/letters/wisconsin-intoxicating-hemp-products-regulation-bill-support-senate-bill-644
🚨 REPUBLICAN HEMP REGULATION BILL — SUPPORT
This bill has the best chance of passing because it is authored by Republicans and as written this not the worse thing that could have come out from the GOP.
It is not perfect — but with a few minor tweaks, it could position Wisconsin as a national hemp leader, but that is for the amendment process and after we secure co-sponsors for the bill, as well as assurance of a public hearing in both chambers.
Speaking of public hearings, the real question is whether leadership sends it to a committee that kills the bill… or lets it move forward. Until we know, we are supporting this bill and asking you to join us.
Take Action (256 Actions Taken):
👉 Ask Your Legislator to Co-Sponsor LRB-4974 / LRB-5563 (Testin/Kurtz Hemp Regulation Bill)

🚨 WHO SHOULD LEAD THE WISCONSIN CANNABIS CAUCUS?

If you know the players in Madison, this one is for you.
A bipartisan cannabis caucus is forming — or could form — depending on who steps up as a leader in both parties. We want your input on who should have a seat at the table.
Take Action (19 Actions Taken):
