AD 92: Jeremiah Fredrickson (D) to challenge Clint Moses (R)
Jeremiah Fredrickson is PRO HEMP AND CANNABIS and he is challenging the Republican who blocked medical marijuana from a public hearing in the Assembly. I have written several articles about Republican Assembly Rep. Clint Moses (Menomonie) over the past legislation sessions that you can review also, this is not the first time Rep. Moses and cannabis combined….or some say clashed.

Where in Wisconsin?
The 92nd Assembly District comprises parts of southwest Chippewa County and central Dunn County. It includes the cities of Chippewa Falls and Menomonie and the parts of Eau Claire which fall in Chippewa County, along with the villages of Elk Mound and Lake Hallie.
The 92nd Assembly is in the larger Senate District 31: Located in western Wisconsin, the SD31 comprises all of Eau Claire County, southeast Dunn County, and parts of southern Chippewa County and northern Trempealeau County. It includes the cities of Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, and Menomonie.
Also Important Because
This is important because, the 92nd and 91st represented by Jodi Emerson (D) (also in SD 31) are some of the most competitive assembly races in the 2026 general election and not to mention that the Senate District 31 (Smith-D vs James-R), held by Democrat Jeff Smith, will be one of the top four Senate Races in the 2026 Election Cycle.
