Rep. Patrick Snyder has not joined fellow Republicans in supporting Assembly Bill 570, publicly known as the medical marijuana only bill that allows home grows and smoking/eating cannabis products. If you are his constituent, please call or email his office and say “I support medical marijuana in the form of patients/caregivers growing and smoking their own marijuana. I urge you to co sponsor Assembly Bill 570 today. I also encourage you to ask the committee members to hold a public hearing on this piece of legislation. Thank you”

On December 11th, 2019 Rep. Snyder co-authored and introduced LRB-5095/1: Creation of a Medical Marijuana Program (Pharma Pot Products Bill), a no smoking products – no home / personal / caregiver grow type medical marijuana bill with fellow Republican Assembly Mary Felzkowski, Michael Schraa, Shae Sortwell and Senator Kathy Bernier.
