LTE: Smoking Danger

Regarding legalizing marijuana, smoking marijuana requires one to inhale as deeply as possible until the lungs are filled to capacity and then hold the pot smoke as long as you can in your lungs, making the novice cough sometimes uncontrollably (“Time for a blunt conversation,” Crossroads, Dec. 2).

I find it interesting that many people now advocating for the legalization of marijuana are the same people who screamed the loudest about the dangers of secondhand smoke.
