Help Northern Wisconsin NORML celebrate their seventh (7th) anniversary.

The chapter received their Certificate of Affiliation from the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws on September 21, 2010.  Since that time, that chapter has grown in membership, held a variety of awareness events and integrated a Field Activist Team approach to their activism.

Thanks to your help, donations and continued support the chapter is able to exist.  As the 2017-2018 Legislation session continues, Wisconsin again has active medical cannabis legislation and also a recreational marijuana proposal. Along with industrial hemp, CBD production and decriminalization legislation, elected officials also proposed a joint resolution to ask voters about medical marijuana at the ballot box.

QUESTION 1: “Medical Marijuana. Should the state of Wisconsin allow individuals with debilitating medical conditions to use and safely access marijuana for medical purposes if those individuals have a written recommendation from a licensed Wisconsin physician?”

Jay Selthofner is the Founder of The Wisconsin Cannabis Activist Network and Northern Wisconsin NORML. Jay ran for Wisconsin State Assembly 2010 as an Independent Candidate on a platform of legalizing cannabis.
