The Michigan Medical Marihuana Review Panel at the August 6, 2013 meeting made the recommendation to deny Insomnia and approve Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as qualifying medical conditions for the use of medical marihuana.
Pursuant to Initiated Law 1 of 2008 under the authority of MCL 333.26425 (a), this hearing is being held to allow citizens to offer comments related to the Michigan Medical Marihuana Review Panel recommendations of the citizen petitions on Insomnia and PTSD.
Comments on the recommendations of the Medical Marihuana Review Panel may be presented in person at the public hearing. Written comments may be submitted at the time of presentation and will also be accepted between August 6, 2013 and October 5, 2013 by 5:00 p.m., at the following address or email address:
