Wisconsin NORML is calling for a Social Media Storm on key State Representatives in the discussion of Governor Evers Budget. The ACLU has won lawsuits against public officials for blocking critics or removing posts with opposing views, as that is a violation of the First Amendment rights granted by the Constitution.

Everyday this week we will highlight a Representative, their stance on cannabis reform, and ideas on how to respond. Please use professional language, take screenshots of your posts, and let us know immediately if the posts are deleted or if you are blocked. Happy Storming!

Today’s Candidate is Wisconsin State Assembly Member Joe Sanfelippo!

“The drive to legalize marijuana is driven by politics and not science and research,” said Rep. Joe Sanfelippo, R-New Berlin. “There is no quantitative, definitive science and research that can prove the efficacy of marijuana for medical purposes.”

Here is some definitive science on the efficacy of cannabis for medical purposes

Here are organizations for the education of cannabis efficacy for medical purposes

And all of this is simple google searchable information. There have been scientific studies done, and there are countless patients being treated with a myriad of other drugs that have more severe side effects. This denial has to stop.
