Oppose Senate Bill 440. In addition to increasing penalties for THC Concentrates, which are already illegal in Wisconsin, this bill also effects the legal Hemp and CBD businesses in Wisconsin.

The basics of this bill are an increase in penalty for manufacturing, sales and possession of butane hash oil (BHO).
