SSDP‘s Aaron Houston asks Drug Czar Gil Kerlikowske about arresting young minorities for marijuana at a Sept 7th, 2011 SAMHSA Press Conference.

The Facebook Page of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP) posted this:

‎”Clearly the states can make those decisions about what laws to change.” — White House Drug Czar Gil Kerlikowske, in response to a marijuana legalization question from our friends at Students for Sensible Drug Policy. Oh really, Mr. Kerlikowske? Glad to hear your new position!

Jay Selthofner is the Founder of The Wisconsin Cannabis Activist Network and Northern Wisconsin NORML. Jay ran for Wisconsin State Assembly 2010 as an Independent Candidate on a platform of legalizing cannabis.
