Congressman Petri Announces Town Meeting Schedule for February 2013
Washington, D.C. — Congressman Tom Petri announced the dates and locations for his upcoming town meetings. Meetings will take place beginning February 16 through February 21 and will span across the 6th Congressional District.
“Town meetings are the best way for me to communicate directly with the people I represent,” said Petri. “There are a lot of important issues that will come before Congress this year, and I’m really looking forward to hearing from constituents, especially in new parts of the district—Columbia, Ozaukee, and Milwaukee counties.”
Congressman Petri invites all residents of the 6th District to attend. An interactive map of the new 6th District can be found on Congressman Petri’s website, as well as a map of counties in the district. Town meetings will begin with a brief introduction from Congressman Petri followed by an opportunity for attendees to share their thoughts.
