Civil Liberties:
If we live in a free country, then why aren't we free?

We Americans are very proud of our freedom. But, how can we call ourselves the "Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave" if we won't bravely allow everyone to be free? It is time to re-examine our Marijuana laws as well as allow our farmers to grow non-intoxicating Industrial Hemp, which could make our economy thrive in so many sectors again. Medical Marijuana is not enough. We need to legalize Industrial Hemp and Recreational Cannabis for the greater good of all. If you believe in Freedom, and the American Dream, and would like to see our economy have a great chance to thrive again, and our unemployed citizens have more job opportunities, then please, vote for Jay and Marijuana Law Reform on November 2nd.

"Those who deny freedom to others deserve it not for themselves". --Abraham Lincoln, US President

Litle known Fact:
Thomas Jefferson, founding father and US president, while on envoy to France, went to great expense and considerable risk to himself to procure hemp seeds. He smuggled them illegally from China to The United States. He was an avid hemp farmer, cultivating many different strains of hemp for many different uses at Monticello.

If you think our drug laws keep people safe, I would love to hear your thoughts on this video from a drug raid in Missouri, in which an ordinary family was raided and their dog was shot in front of the horrified family (including their small child). Police, who kicked in the doors of the house, terrified the entire family and almost immediately, shot the family's beloved pet dog upon entering Whitworth's home around 8:30 p.m. Feb. 11, 2010. They only found a grinder, a pipe and a tiny amount of marijuana for personal use in the home. What a horrific waste of taxpayer dollars! What a senseless, cruel thing to do to this family. This is just one example of the thousands of horrifying stories which illustrate the violence and loss cased to taxpaying American citizens by this so called "War on Drugs".

Won't you please elect me so that I can try my best to reform these unjust laws regarding hemp and cannabis, as well as create new jobs and new industries in the process, in the best interests of all?

Jimmy Carter Drug Quote

Some basic facts about Cannabis:

Marijuana has been found to relieve symptoms of many serious diseases, including asthma, glaucoma, muscle spasms, and loss of appetite and nausea due to AIDS wasting syndrome and chemotherapy treatment. Many professional medical associations, including the American Medical Association, the American Public Health Association, and the New England Journal of Medicine have publically supported prescriptive access to marijuana. The federal government, however, has long opposed the legalization of marijuana for medical use. It continues to list marijuana asa Schedule I drug: "unsafe, highly subject to abuse, and possessing no medical value."
